Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

However, we consider the date of first contact for return requests. If you contact us within these 14 days, the refund will still be eligible even if the product is returned later.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

Exception for GetSovena hygienic or personal care products

If hygienic or personal care products have been tested and are no longer suitable for resale, we require that they be used for at least 10 days before proceeding with a return request. In this case, the standard 14-day return period does not apply.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Other non-refundable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, for example:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)

  • Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
